Return Policies
At Aires Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
Returning Your Purchase
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition. Return Conditions
Your purchase, in new condition and accompanied by its original receipt, packaging, and accessories, may be exchanged or returned within 10 days of the original purchase date. Sale or clearance merchandise, consignment purchases, completed layaways, special orders, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
Reimbursements We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. A 2.5% Fee will be applied on all returned items for Credit Card fees/costs.
Purchases Made by Check For any purchase made by check there will be a 10 business day wait period. Any item received as a gift and not accompanied by a sales receipt will be issued merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Layaway Layaways cancelled after 30 days of the original layaway are subject to the restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.
