I don't really know anything about jewelry stores; and, the whole process of buying an engagement ring was very overwhelming more generally. I was worried about being judged for my budget or upsold on something I couldn't afford. I was worried about buying something off a shelf and not knowing where it came from or how it was crafted. But, I knew I also needed to just start. I made an appointment at Aires and my now-fiancée and I were met by Lynn H. shortly after we arrived. She could tell I was nervous and did a pretty good job at diffusing the awkwardness. She explained the process plainly which I appreciated. She helped us choose without guiding us too much. She so explained that Aires has on-site facilities to create the setting themselves, which I really liked. She was a total class act. We came back once more when we were ready, together, to start the search more formally. After that, Lynn helped me find a gorgeous stone and put it together with a beautiful setting that created a ring that, I hope, is worthy of the woman wearing it. She said yes! 💍💕🥂

I had two rings designed using the stones from an heirloom and they are beautiful. Wonderful experience: customer service, professionalism and craft. My husband’s family has had a decades long relationship with this family of jewelers and we will continue to choose them for a long time to come.

I was in the market for an engagement ring and stopped by to have a look. I worked with Lynn who was very experienced and knowledgeable. I had an idea of what I was looking for (style, size, etc.), that being said Lynn offered expert advice and was able to guide me in the right direction. Communication throughout the whole process was very timely and concise. All said and done Lynn and the staff at Aires met every expection of mine with a picture perfect ring. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for an engagement ring to shop Aires.
